The last time the two linked up on a record, it was in 2021 for ‘Over The Top.’ While the two haven’t worked on much music that is out together, they’re rather close. The synergy of their friendship certainly shines through on the new track.
Matter of fact, Drake has even admitted to Smiley being the inspiration for his 2018 album Scorpion in a Rolling Stone piece, so this new track is a certainly a special moment for them. It really seems like post-beef Drake is going to focus more on his day ones than anything else. What do you think?
