Kelyes unveiled a brand new project “Flashback,” and follows up on her debut single “Not Around.” Kelye’s new song is a palette of adult contemporary pop and classic R&B. It’s a bright, romantic, and cozy track, and as Kelyes builds an intimate mood, she seduces the audience with her silky voice. In a way, the song and its lyrics summarize a complicated relationship, and the attempt to get over a lost love. Kelyes showcases how difficult it is to move one while everything reminds her about the previous relationship, and every flashback makes her miss the past.
