Erykah Badu and Jill Scott are the first ladies to partake in the popular music battle, Verzuz, curated by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland.
This evening, the two queens of Neo-Soul fired up the incense and poured the wine for 20 rounds of their timeless hits. From their individual versions of “You Got Me” to “Gettin The Way” to “Tyrone”, and tons more, FatBellyBella and Jilly From Philly brought the good vibes for over three hours. The battle follows the epic and record-breaking Babyface vs. Teddy Riley battle.
