After much anticipation, Brooklyn rapper Lola Brooke releases her debut project, Dennis Daughter.
Compiled with 12 tracks, the “Don’t Play With It” hitmaker spearheads the project with her first single “You” featuring Bryson Tiller. She also makes a “Pit Stop” in the Bronx with French Montana and brings Latto and Yung Miami onboard for her “Don’t Play With It (Remix)“.
Lola holds her own with cuts such as “I Am Lola”, “Best Side”, “Vacant Heart”, “Dear Dennis”, “Shelter Baby (Be That Bitch)”, “God Bless All The Rappers”, and more. She also links with Coi Leray and Nija for her collaboration, “Don’t Get Me Started”.
This year, Lola Brooke has been on a hot streak. The Arista signee kicked off the year with the loosies “So Disrespectful” and “Just Relax” and was nominated for best new artist in both the BET Awards and BET Hip Hop Awards. Brooke has also collaborated with Ciara and most recently Saint Kash Records signee Skylarr Blatt.
