Time to wake up.
Big Boi and Sleepy Brown bring the rude awakening on their new single, “The Big Sleep Is Over” featuring Jamaican artist Kay-I.
On the Dancehall-infused record, General Patton salutes his longevity, worth ethic, and influence in the rap game. Kay-I belts his island vocals on the hook, while Sleepy Brown’s brings a soulful bridge. Don’t sleep.
The track follows the duo’s previous single “Lowercase (No Cap)” featuring Killer Mike. Both tracks are lifted from their long-awaited album, The Big Sleepover, which finally arrives September 3.
