Revolving around the coexistence of beauty and tragedy, “Fireworks” displays her maturity and talent in just one song. With this past year being one of the most painful of the past decade, Lux Beauregard wanted to share her personal experience, with many joyful events happening in her life despite tragic world events.
She shares, “You can fall in love while the world is falling apart, though. Somehow, those emotions can exist together. I wanted to make a song that expressed that idea and sounded both as heartbroken and hopeful as 2020 has made me feel.”
