Nipsey Hussle’s estate celebrates the 10 year anniversary Nipsey Hussle’s critically-acclaimed mixtape, The Marathon with its visual album and documentary.
Streamed live on Youtube on Friday (Feb. 5), ‘The Marathon Visual Album Experience’, put together by The Marathon Clothing and creative design company OkiDoki, is an interactive live visual album featuring virtual animation soundtracked by the mixtape’s 18 tracks. The documentary also includes exclusive commentary by friends and colleagues who contributed to the project as well as rare footage of the late rapper and places during its creating process.
The Marathon was released on December 21, 2010 which spawned the hit “Keys To The City“, and more. A year later, Nipsey released the follow-up The Marathon Continues. Long live Nipsey Hussle.
