Nraakors Unveils Latest Project; The Crossgenre Album ‘Hoppel Poppel’

Iowa-based Nraakors, a band of four members, have just unveiled their latest project, the album Hoppel Poppel. Produced, written, and arranged by Nraakors, this collection of nineteen songs will take the listener through a musical journey involving rock, jazz, applied live electronics, and neoclassical/french film scores. James Kasper, Joseph Norman Gigi Macabre, and John are the four skilled composers and musicians involved in this unique album, a 59-minute trip to a parallel universe in which everything suddenly seems possible.

Instead of simply listing the different compositions pertaining to a specific genre chronologically, Nraakors have placed instrumentals between rock songs to create an-ever exciting storyline.

Nraakors explores grunge, prog, noise rock, thrash metal, jazz fusion, folk, neoclassical, and free improv, re-inventing their own genre and contributing to the evolution of music in an inspiring and quite unusual way. If you are looking for a spectacular listening experience, Hoppel Poppel will take you just there.
