Speaking about “Praise Him”, the opener song from My Therapy, the artist explained his inspiration, “I was encouraged by lots of great people that God was in the business of turning the profane into something usable for his Glory! This idea is a huge piece of the gospel message. This is who God has shown himself to be in all of scripture. Someone who makes the unclean clean. The God who makes all things new… Not all new things. This emboldened me to dust this song off and several others that I had turned my back on and resurrect them (so to say), but to do it with him in mind.” And the result was, of course, awesome!
