Contemporary indie-folk artist, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Peter Flaherty recently shared his forthcoming album titled Like A Dog, Baby, which speaks on a number of emotional themes such as love and loyalty. His voice takes the listener on a journey of self-discovery, carrying in itself various shades and colors that enrich the story of Like A Dog, Baby. The artist has previously shared another collection titled A Way, My Love, which acquainted diverse audiences with Flaherty’s incredible art, gathering thousands of plays. 

Working closely with his producer Steven Clark, Flaherty created the pieces of Like A Dog, Baby that feature his acoustic guitar and vocals; each song seems to flutter the heart and stir the soul, at the same time leaving room for pondering and deep thought. The Florida-based artist described the inspiration behind his latest album, saying: “The inspiration comes from just living life I suppose and the delivery comes from writing naturally, not forcing it. I also spent a lot of time on the order of the tracks. I feel like a dinosaur spending time and focusing on things like that in the age of TikTok and social media, but someone’s gotta resist! I’ve always loved listening to albums from start to finish and I don’t see that ever changing… for me at least.” Read the full interview here!
