Jessie Ware’s new album What’s Your Pleasure? is out next month, and Ware has already given us a bounty of early singles. For over a year, since long before announcing the album, she’s been hitting us with quality selections from the tracklist: “Ooh La La,” “Spotlight,” “Mirage (Don’t Stop),” “Adore You.” They’ve crystallized into a vision of Ware returning to the elegant dancefloor diva stylings she made her name on.
That’s the vibe once again on “Save A Kiss,” a new track today powered by throbbing synth undulations. “Save a kiss for me tonight,” Ware sings. In a statement today, she says the song “has taken on a new meaning during these weird times and it seems like the right time to put it out. This track is an optimistic one for me, I hope it resonates with people wherever they are right now. It’s an upbeat song to dance along too and have fun with. I know I’ve got plenty of kisses I’m saving up for everyone when this is all over.”
What’s Your Pleasure? is out 6/19. Pre-order it here.
