Bringing meaning and depth to his lyricism, 21-year-old up-and-coming hip-hop artist Rowe Rowe from LA, released his collective Spotify playlist named Chill Vibes. As a representative of the new era in music, the artist knows how to properly use the new tools and opportunities that the digital age provides. Still, the rising artist believes that making the right connections in the industry is the best way to grow. He claims that he doesn’t find competing or pushing others down the proper methods of developing a career. 

Instead, Rowe Rowe thinks that artists can only grow by working together and staying authentic. “No industry is an easy way in, but it’s crucial and necessary to grow together, not compete or push others down. As artists, we collectively have that dream of being known and seeking fame, but in this new digital age, it’s about who you know and being authentic, making a change in the game.” You have to work for the collective, not just for your self-interest.” 

Rowe Rowe already worked closely with others when releasing his playlist. He stated that the number of responses he got from other up-and-coming music industry representatives was terrific when he announced an open call for artists to submit their songs for a chance to be a part of his playlist. Hopefully, soon enough, we will hear about the talented rising A&R, rapper, and artist manager’s new projects.
