After nearly five years, Rick Ross and Meek Mill reunite on their latest collaboration, “Shaq & Kobe” which is accompanied with its video directed by Kid Art.
For their first collaboration since 2018’s “What’s Free“, Dade County’s finest and Philly’s most wanted boast their success from inside a Miami hangar with Rozay’s private jet and a convoy of luxury cars.
“Mmm, my life got way realer / Playing with them millions and they turned me to a made nigga,” raps Meek, while Ross follows suit. “What you know, this all it came with minimum wage / They thought it was a game ’til the shots rang.”
“Shaq & Kobe” is the first single off the pair’s newly announced album, Too Good To Be True. It marks Meek Mill’s first release since last year’s Flamerz 5 mixtape and Rick Ross’ first official single since his 2021 Richer Than I Ever Been. Rozay has since been featured on numerous collaborations including recent songs from NLE Choppa, Belly, and “The Game” alongside Fat Joe and The Lox.
