Hit-Boy and Big Hit spend more family time together in their new music video, “Wake Your Game Up”.
In the ThirdEyeRaz-directed visual, the father-and-son duo open up on life while chilling and making their rounds throughout Los Angeles.
“Dear sisters / I apologize for all the disses,” raps Big Hit. “All the times I called you bitches and acted so distant,” he continues while Hit-Boy reflects on their time apart.
“Pops had to duck the cops / Hiding cash in the air ducts after he scrubbed the pots / I was making beat after beat for 10 seasons / Devil couldn’t get me himself, he said “demons”.
The track arrives on the heels of the duo’s previous collaboration, “Reckless & Ratchet” and the announcement of Hit-Boy’s forthcoming Surf Or Drown 2.
