After a brief hiatus, Young M.A makes her return with her latest single, “Open Scars”.
In the accompanying music video, the Brooklyn rapper opens up on her recent trials and tribulations from sobriety to doubters, and everything else in between.
“For the past three years I let my fans down / I lost faith and I couldn’t understand how I had to go and free my mind,” she raps. “And let my hair down Without the henny I see everything clear now It’s something about the industry It feel weird now.”
“Open Scars” is Young M.A’s first music since last year’s “Tip The Surgeon” and “Aye Day Pay Day“.
