Latto and GloRilla Team Up for High-Energy Anthem “GOMF”

There is a certain charm to the 2007 ringtone-rap anthem “Yahhh!” that remains a unique contribution to the cultural landscape. Driven by a relentless, one-finger keyboard riff, Soulja Boy and his associate Arab created a track that was unapologetically bratty and undeniably infectious. Nineteen years later, Latto and GloRilla have revisited that energy, sampling the classic hit for their own high-octane collaboration, “GOMF.”

Following the announcement of her upcoming album Big Mama—a reveal punctuated by the news of her pregnancy—Latto returns with a track that leans into her signature assertive style. “GOMF” serves as an extremely fun, confrontational anthem about setting boundaries and dealing with unwanted attention. The production, handled by Latto and GloRilla alongside Pooh Beatz, SupaKaine, Go Grizzly, and Coupe, functions as a modern, enhanced evolution of the original “Yahhh!” beat.

The release is accompanied by a cartoonish music video co-directed by Latto and Hidji, which fittingly opens with a cameo from Soulja Boy himself. It is a playful nod to the song’s origins while showcasing the chemistry between two of the most prominent voices in modern hip-hop.

Big Mama is scheduled for release on May 29 via Streamcut/RCA.
